Self-Love Crystal Chakra Meditation Breathbeads Mala

Breathbeads are a tactile crystal beaded tool (using multiple senses for a neuroplasticity hack and conditioning the mind and body with most ease) that is used in a breathwork meditation. A meditation practice sheet will be included with your purchase.

The meditation practice is based on the 7 chakras. There are 7 sets (some have 8 for an intentional breath) of 5 crystal beads on each Breathbead set, for one breath, per bead succession. The breathwork meditation works you through each set of 5 chakra crystal beads and can be carried for comfort or worn as a necklace if you prefer if you purchase the necklace extender. My hope is that this mediation tool helps you find healing, peace, and comfort.
