Do you have a hard time meditating? Maybe you struggle to cope with anxiety, stress, or even pain. This Breathwork tool is meant to help with that.

Breathbeads are a tactile crystal beaded tool (using multiple senses for a neuroplasticity hack and conditioning the mind and body with most ease) that is used in a breathwork meditation. A meditation practice sheet will be included with your purchase.

Crystals and gems each carry different vibrations that have healing properties and have been used for centuries by many cultures, for many different benefits.
When we carry or wear them, the vibrations of the crystals assist us in our own journeys by allowing us to “modify our vibe”!

Each piece in our collection is created to bring you the highest vibration possible, and we sincerely hope that this bracelet helps you find healing, peace, and joy!

Crystal Beads in this design:

Sugalite: Enables one to face uncomfortable situations, and brings the harmony of flow to Chakra system - opening and aligning them. A powerful stone of love encouraging forgiveness and allowing for the release of emotional turmoil and trauma.

Amethyst: A great protection stone, and especially good at releasing addictions! Amethyst cultivates patience in the carrier and is known as a very meditative stone with calming benefits

Iron Pyrite: A stone for abundance! Excellent for increasing willpower, confidence, manifestation and financial abundance. Pyrite is able to transmute negative energy to positive and free-flowing.

Quartz: Known as the stone of harmony. Quartz is a master healer and magnifier and an energetic amplifier!
