Breathbeads are a tactile crystal beaded tool (using multiple senses for a neuroplasticity hack and conditioning the mind and body with most ease) that is used in a breathwork meditation. Crystal beads in this design:

Malachite: A stone for change, focus and growth, while allowing the carrier wisdom. Assists in all types of growth, allowing you to recognize and use inner power.

Green Cave Calcite: Recharges and amplifies chakras.

African Turquoise: Known as the stone of evolution. It brings encouragement for structure and growth in life. Pushes one towards their intended purpose. This crystal bead is jasper from Africa, but it is traditionally called ‘African Turquoise’.

Lapis: Enhances intellectual abilities and the quest for knowledge and truth. Lapis is a stone of protection while enhancing growth.

Smoky Quartz: A grounding stone promoting stability and security. A great choice for an optimistic outlook as well as goal achievement! Smoked quartz absorbs the fear of failure and brings a connection with the natural world.

Lava Rock: The stone of rebirth and one of the oldest stones on earth. Moonstone: (pause beads) Known as the stone of new beginnings and healing. It brings the wearer back to wholeness, enhances intuition and eases transition.

The total length of the bead set is 13.5”. Sterling silver clasp and hardware, and 49 strand wire. Each bracelet, necklace, and mala is smudged with palo santo, sage, and reiki charged before shipping!
